By accessing or using Dari's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Dari connects clients with experienced engineers from top technology companies to solve technical problems. Our services include:

• Problem assessment and scoping
• Fixed-price quotes before commitment
• Expert engineering services
• Remote collaboration via Google Meet

3. Pricing and Payment

Our standard rate is $100 per hour with a 30-minute minimum. Key terms:

• You will receive a fixed quote before any work begins
• Payment is required upfront before engineering work starts
• You only pay for time spent solving your problem
• No subscriptions or recurring charges

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund guarantee if we cannot solve your problem. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Code and Data Handling

We take your privacy and security seriously:

• If you share your codebase with us, we will delete it immediately upon job completion
• We use Anthropic's AI services to assist our engineers in problem-solving
• All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Engineers sign NDAs and are bound by confidentiality agreements

6. Communication and Meetings

All remote meetings and handoff calls are conducted via Google Meet. By using our services, you agree to participate in video calls through this platform.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your technical problem
• Grant necessary access to systems or code as required
• Respond to engineer questions in a timely manner
• Not misuse or reverse-engineer our matching or AI systems

8. Limitation of Liability

Dari and its engineers provide services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All work product created by our engineers during the engagement belongs to you upon full payment. Dari retains the right to use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. If terminated before completion, you will be charged only for time spent up to the termination point, subject to the 30-minute minimum.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
